stayed here for 2 nites and had a super comfy room. the hotel is modern and clean. It's huge. the staff were really friendly and helped us get our free public transport pass, which was great for exploring genva. also, we loved how close it was to the mall with a lot of food options! oh, and the bus stop for the city is right outside, so super convenient.
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, and the elevator could be slow at times.

Just a fine choice for one night in Carouge with value for money. The front desk staff was super helpful during our stay. Bring your own milk if you need it for tea, since there’s no fridge in the room.

Comfy and clean!
Had a nice overnight stay. The room was super comfy with big pillows, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and even helped with tips about the free transport. One small bummer was figuring out the parking situation as it was kinda tricky. But the underground parking was convenient once we got it sorted. Oh, and the snack bar was pretty handy!

i had a lovely stay in carouge at this hotel. the room was clean and very comfortable, with an especially comfy bed. parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the elevator that takes you straight to your room.

The room was massive and clean, with a huge double bed that was super comfy. Loved having a mini bar with coffee and tea. nice touch! Bathroom was clean too, with a big mirror and all the essentials provided. WiFi worked great, and there was even a kettle. Only downside was no drawers for storage, so I lived out of my suitcase.

The mall right next to the hotel was super convenient for our family shopping spree, and we loved the team recommending local eateries. Our room was spacious and had great soundproofing, ensuring we all had a peaceful night's sleep even with the kids.
